Nerja its self is a lovely place but a lot of hills, the beach was lovely and great for a quiet relaxing holiday making your own entertainment. The Verona Azul Apartments were poor to say the least, they were proberbly very nice 20 years ago.

Had a great holiday in Verano Azul, definately would go again. Have stayed in Verano Azul before but booked with Airtours and the apartment was horrible. Our apartment this time was with holiday nerja and had loads more facilities.

Verano Azul is a very traditional complex which adds to its charm. The location we found excellent as it was only 10min walk to the beach - admitedly down a hill but where isnt in Nerja. Flat walk into town though which was a real bonus.
