Car parking and garage facilities also exist. Younger guests may let off steam at the kids club, in the playground or playroom. Upon booking we were told that this was a five star accomodation but when we arrived we were told that there had been an error and it was a 3 star plus! No way was this a 3 star or even a 2 star!! The lift wasnt working so we had to use the cleaners ...See the full report
