Upon booking we were told that this was a five star accomodation but when we arrived we were told that there had been an error and it was a 3 star plus! No way was this a 3 star or even a 2 star!! The lift wasnt working so we had to use the cleaners ...See the full report

This hotel comprises a total of 184 rooms spread over 4 floors. Facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a hotel safe, a lounge area, a cafeteria and 2 lifts. There is also a TV room, a bar, video games, a hairdressing salon and an air-conditioned restaurant available for use. Additionally, a public Internet terminal may be used. Car parking and garage facilities also exist. Younger guests may let off steam at the kids club, in the playground or playroom.
