This modern linked villa is well situated for both the beach and shops the nearest supermarket is just a few metres away. Well equipped throughout with two twin bedrooms on the first floor and one full bathroom , kitchen and lounge/diner on the ground floor plus shower room. Double doors leading out onto a covered naya and the small garden area which in turn leads out to the community swimming pool. There is Air Conditioning in the main bedroom and living room which will be at an extra cost payable in resort.
