Theo's Hotel Ipsos

Its peaceful. Its secluded. And its got views to die for. Little Villa Theo is wonderfully placed if youre looking for a rural hideaway far from the madding crowd. Thats not to say that its remote though. Its a 30 minute drive to Kolymbari and its pebble beach. And even closer to home youve got a clutch of shops and tavernas about 15 minutes away so you can dip in and out of things as much or as little as you please. The villa itself is brand new. Built in 2006, its laid out all on one level with an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room. It can sleep up to six people – there are two doubles and one twin – and all the bedrooms are air-conditioned guaranteeing a cool nights sleep. And as its a new build, the villa has been kitted out with plenty of modern appliances. Theres a microwave, a washing machine, a fridge freezer – youve even got a DVD and CD player in there. But it would be wrong to think that this property is all about clear surfaces and minimalism.
