After reading some reviews recently on this hotel before we travelled, i was a little concerned, however. As it was mentioned that there were no tea making facilities we took a travel kettle this was great for obvious reasons and would recomend.

The Riviera hotel is by the train station, which means it is a good 30 minutes walk from the old town of Nice, where all the bars and restaurants are. If I came here again I would make sure I was in a hotel nearer to the promenade. Although it was su...See the full report

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Nice. We are right in the shopping area, but also very close to the old town, to the water front, and Acropolis Convention Center. The Hotels 122 rooms are spacious, all air conditioned and soundproofed. equiped with minibar, individual safe, direct dial telephone, satellite tv, hair dryers.
