Contrary to some bad reports, the hotel have made great improvements. Hygene is of paramount importance and the hotel is lovely and clean with very polite and helpful staff. The food was plentiful and of a good standard, all the meals are buffet type...See the full report

Very enjoyable stay, but the restaurants need to stay open longer than 10pm. The hotel is right on the pier. Looks a little dishevelled outside and the standard of decor inside could do with upgrading. Otherwise the food and entertainment were good.

Stayed in The Grand Hotel in February, I felt that overall it was satisfactory.
The resort is lovely with plenty of shops and lots to see and do.
The Pebble cafe was full of wonderful staff and lovely food. I would recommend it to anyone.
