We just returned from our holiday at the Swans 1, and can say we had a really goodtime.
It was very basic but only get what you pay for.
The staff were realy friendly and great fun we are looking forward to going there again.

Warning do not on any curcumstance go to this hotel we arrived and was shown a room that was filthy the furniture was falling apart the sheets and towels had not been changed from the last guests and my children were put on a floor two storeys above...See the full report

Well to be totaly honest, the place was a total nightmare. To begin with we had no hot water for over a week, the place was filthy. Then the icing on the cake had to be when one member of staff attacked an older couple, then all the staff got involve...See the full report

I love the people who work there. We have been going there for 3 years but this year it wasnt the cleanest. They even sacked 1 cleaner whilst we were there.
Couldnt fault the lads who owned it but their hygiene leaves alot to be desired. (shildon)See the full report

The Swans 1 is a simple but well situated hotel, in a residential street, close to the hotel district and around 350 m from the beach. The Swans 1 hotel facilities include a snack bar and combined bar, as well as a small swimming pool with sun terrace, Occasional BBQ and Turkish Night, Reception with Satellite TV, Money exchange and internet acess.
The 27 rooms at thw Swan 1 are either twin or double bedded with en suite shower, washbasin and WC, some can take an extra bed. There are also some 4 bedded rooms, and singles are also available. All rooms have a private balcony, telephone and air conditioning.
