The modern beach and apartment hotel was built in 2001 and consists of 5 floors with a total of 113 apartments. The hotels facilities include a refined lobby, a 24-hour reception with a currency exchange desk, lifts, a caf? as well as a bar, a newspaper stand and a small supermarket. In addition, it offers a TV room, a games room, an air-conditioned ? la carte restaurant with highchairs for children and a public Internet terminal. A laundry and room service, medical assistance as well as a childrens playground. Car parking facilities in the form of a garage and a car park are available for those arriving by car.
