Aghios Gordios lies halfway down the west coast 14 miles from the airport. Backed by olive and lemon groves, the villas, apartments and hotels are of a good standard and with some supermarkets and souvenir shops to cater for your general needs, it remains a firm favourite with those looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. A long stretch of sand and pebble beach is the hub of the daytime activity, while at night, apart from a beach side disco, there's only a few bars and tavernas to keep you busy.
