Stamatis Country House is located in a beautiful area of the island, called Mili. This is a small hamlet built on a heavily wooded hillside opposite Skopelos town, approximately 850 metres from the port. Built in a large well tended plot of land covering 2000m2, this property is surrounded by a variety of trees including orange, lemon, peach and apricot. It also has it very own fresh water spring. There is plenty of space for parking The two stored house is constructed from stone and has recently been completely renovated. The lower level covers a total area of 60 m2, and comprises sitting room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom with bathtub and WC. The upper floor comprises two bedrooms, one with twin beds, and the other with double bed ( total area 33 m2 ) and both have air conditioners. Also on the upper level is a large terrace which has beautiful views to Skopelos town and to the sea. | |
