1. The bar you had to queue to get a ticket then queue to hand ticket in b4 you got your drink in as in other report if they had any glasses and 80% were either chipped or cracked.

The Soviva Hotel well known for offering a warm welcome in typical Tunisian style, suitable for couples and families looking for well-kept accommodation, good food and facilities. Formally two separate hotels, one three star and one four. The two hotels have now combined to become one resort complex, which has been given a combined Medhotels rating of 3+. Guests can therefore be accommodated in any of the rooms on complex. The Resort is situated near to Port El Kantaoui and its marina area (2km) and boasts great facilities including water slides, and private beach area. Sousse is one of the older cities in Tunisia, and possesses an authentic medina, which was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1988.
The Soviva Hotel has 351 rooms, 14 apartments, and 3 suites, all spacious and comfortable built in pavilions looking over the garden and the pool. They all are heating and air conditioning, bath room, WC, shower, telephone, mini bar and TV with satellite and a balcony or terrace.
Facilities at the Soviva Hotel include 2 outside swimming pool with water slides, indoor pool, sun beds and parasols by the pool & at the beach, non motorised water sports like windsurfing, canoes and pedaloes available for 18 years and over, windsurfing lessons will be supplied by the hotel reservation required at reception, tennis, football, basketball, volleyball, pool table, darts, table tennis, mini golf, water polo, reception, currency exchange and a full day & evening entertainment programme with cabaret shows, dance and games competitions and 2 Discos.
Meals & Drinks...HB . All Inclusive breakfast, lunch and dinner in the main restaurant serving international dishes with menus rotated fortnightly . Snack bar serves sandwiches, hamburgers, hot dogs, jacket potatoes, season fruit, pancakes & cakes . Unlimited locally produced alcohol, locally produced non alcohol, soft drinks, hot drinks, cold drinks, wine, spirits, juices, draught Beer, vodka, etc at all the bars daily.
