Situated down a quiet street, just five minutes walk (150m) to the hustle and bustle of Calangutes main street, where there is an abundance of restaurants, shops and bars. The golden sandy beach is just 300m away. The property is set in high-rise blocks surrounding a swimming pool, sun terrace, sun loungers and umbrellas. There is a 24-hour reception with money exchange facilities and safety deposit boxes.
