To say i have had over 10 years of staying at Seda Apartments and at least 3 times a year and had some really good times here. But this last year has been a big disappointment.

Apartments are basic, but spotless and everything you need. The staff are fantastic, especially Billy and Andy.
Upon our arrival Billy greeted us like long last relatives, never have we been made to feel so welcome.

Seda Apartments are a spacious, comfortable apartment complex offering a warm welcome to all holidaymakers. This quiet residential area is close to Armutalan (150m) with many restaurants, bars and shops. The centre of Marmaris is 2.5km away, while its beautiful sandy beach is nearer at 900m. Both can be reached via a regular local bus (approx every 5 min) which stops 150m from the property.
Rooms at the Seda Apartments have a bathroom with WC and shower, kitchen, fridge, kettle, air conditioning, smoke detector, 24 hours hot water, telephone, safety deposit box and a balcony or terrace.
Facilities at the Seda Apartments include an outdoor swimming pool with a slide and an area for children, and a sun terrace with sun bedsa and parasols, reception, currency exchange, pool table, a laundry services where local fees apply and the resort centre is just a dolmus minibus ride away.
