Seaview Resort

Although Goa is part of India it has a strong Portuguese influence which stems from its time as Portuguese colony. Goa has over 60 miles of glorious beaches, warm clear waters and clear blue skies with average temperatures between 25C-30C all year round. However from June to September there can be heavy rainfalls and a reduced amount of sunshine although still very warm. There are many exotic restaurants in Goa serving Indian, Chinese, Goan and continental dishes. The cost of living in Goa is very low and eating out inexpensive particularly in the small fishing villages which line the coast. Also inexpensive are cottons, silks, jewellery and 'copies' of almost any garment you care to bring with you. The currency in Goa is Indian Rupees.
