I visited the H Top Royal Star with my 2 children in August 2008. The hotel itself from outside looks ok but nothing special and is a very grand hotel on looking but is not lit up at night time which lets it down.

I found the hotel to be a clean & pleasant.
Food was quite good, but not much variation.
I would visit again.
