Food very bad, resturant dirty and untidy have to clean tables before sitting down. Games room unsafe ended up in a&e with my 7 year old due to ripping her finger open in the games room. entertainment only in bars that u have to pay for, no laundrett...See the full report

Absolutely, never again will I go to this hotel. It started off badly with our rooms not being as they should, no bed for our daughter. Beds not made up. Toilet seat broken, took 3 days to fix after repeatedly being asked. Food absolutely appalling...See the full report
