If youre one of those people that likes going somewhere new on holiday every year, you might want to give the Riu Monica a miss. Reason being, once you stay here youll want to come back again and again and again. You see, the Riu Monica is one of those rare hotels that ticks all the right boxes. In fact, its built up a loyal following of fans who just cant get enough of the place. So whats the boomerang-like appeal? Well, the locations a big clincher. Set opposite Playa de la Torrecilla, its just a hop, skip and a jump down to the beach. You can more or less roll out of bed and onto the sweep of soft sand beyond. Of course, you may prefer to simply potter around the pool. And who could blame you? Tucked in lush gardens, and with views out to sea, its a lovely spot just to kick back and relax. And if you want a break from the sun, you can always retire to the gorgeous indoor swimming pool for a refreshing dip. Beaches and pools aside, the bedrooms here are just lovely, decked out in fresh Mediterranean colours and with all the mod cons like air-conditioning and satellite TV. | |
