My sister and I stayed at the Remer for two weeks and found the hotel very clean but basic.
The pool is very nice but there are no hand rails or ladders so it is difficult to get in and out.

We found the hotel and location very good, the staff very friendly and helpful, the food was limited but good (no upset tummy).
The rooms were adequate and we met people who had returned a number of times.

Remer hotel our second visit and it was all we expected it to be. Friendly staff clean accommodation and it is in a great location just a few yards from the sea front with its flat pedestrianised prom.

Stayed at the Remer for 10 days, (May 2009) only problem - NOT LONG ENOUGH! The hotel is great, the staff are very friendly and the standard of cleaning is excellent.
