A variety of self-catering apartments within the grounds of an exclusive private estate, perched above the old town and overlooking the bay of Funchal. Enjoy a pleasant and friendly residential location, where you can find local shops, colourful botanical gardens and orchid farms within walking distance. A 10 to 15 minute walk will bring you to the old, picturesque town of Funchal with its many good restaurants and farmers market. Bus rides are frequent and taxis are reasonably priced. All apartments have balconies offering sea views, or a terrace with a garden. Relax beside the outdoor swimming pool with its sun-bathing area, and unwind beneath the warm sunshine and blue skies. Although Quinta M�e dos Homens is primarily a self catering facility, it offers many of the services and amenities you would expect from a far larger type of establishment.
