Perfectly placed for a truly laid-back beach holiday, we offer a choice of studios and apartments spread over several small buildings just yards from Posidonion’s shingle beach. Whilst varying in size and layout, all are owned by the same family, and benefit from the excellent communal facilities, which include a delightful waterside taverna, a lovely swimming pool, and even a tennis court – an unexpected bonus in such an uncommercialised setting. All the accommodation is light and airy, and pleasantly furnished without any superfluous frills. The building containing the couple-sized studios is separated from the shore only by a pretty garden, and each studio has a balcony or terrace facing the sea, with enchanting views across the narrow straits towards the Turkish coast, although these may be partially obscured by the foliage of the plants in the garden and the tamarisk trees that line the beach. Inside, each studio has twin beds, an open plan kitchenette for basic self-catering (with a fridge and hob), and a modern shower room. | |
