We arrived as a party of 6 to be told that the hotel had overbooked and that we could only be accommodated in Pinetas sister hotel the Pineta Club nearby. The Deluxe is supposed to be four star and the club struggles to be a two star.

The hotel was absolutely filthy, the rooms were not cleaned, just got the beds made.
This is no way a 4star hotel it is the worse place i have ever stayed.

The hotel looks great from the outside, but as you arrive to the rooms the carpet is dirty and badly stained, this was on all floors and the rooms. This is a shock to anyone like ourselves had paid a lot of money to stay at this Hotel.
