Phillipiana apartments boast an excelent location in the heart of Ayia Napa, the Phillipiana have been a long-time favourite to the Irish market. Located just behind the "square" and approx 15 min walk from the sandy beach, the cmplex consists of a main building and several annexes directly behind the main block.Amenities include Rooftop swimming pool, Sun Terrace, Bar with lounge, satellite television and nightly entertainment, Pool table, Video games, Safety deposit (payable locally), Air conditioning( payable locally).Studios are bedsitter type with twin beds (foldaway bed for extra person), equipped kitchenette, bathroom and balcony/terrace. one bedrooms are similar with separate twin bedroom and convertible sofa bed.
