Superb location absolute dump of a hotel , walking down the corridor to our room , i thought to myself this looks like a seedy hotel from an early starskey and hutch episode.

New York very dissapointed hotel very depressing did not want to go back at all even for a rest.
Too busy at new year ques for everything meaning hours of just waiting around all 12 of us were ready for home after a few days.

| New York has almost 20 million inhabitants, bringing with them a diversity of culture and entertainment rarely seen anywhere else in the world. Widely known as 'The City that Never Sleeps' it soon becomes obvious why when you stroll around as magnificent shops, bars, restaurants and night-clubs are to be found everywhere. Famous sights to see, apart from the hundreds of skyscrapers, include the Statue of Liberty, the Empire State Building and the World Trade Centre. Many visitors include a trip down Broadway and take in one of the shows, whilst a horse drawn carriage ride around Central Square is also popular. Also worth considering are helicopter and boat excursions to one of the most famous natural attractions in America, the Niagara Falls. The weather in New York varies greatly with the seasons, Winter can bring sub-zero temperatures but in summer it is not uncommon to see temperatures of 38C or 100F. | |
