Puerto Mogan is some 60 miles from the airport at Las Palmas, and with a hilly rear view, there is a pleasant blend of old and modern buildings in and around the marina, providing a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. A dark brown beach and the fishing trips are about all you will find to do during the day, although there are some boutiques and souvenir shops around the marina. Night life consists of a few bars and one disco so you wont find the younger generation partying here.
