Set down a side road. The Panorama is set on the outskirts of Rhodes town, a 30 minute walk will take you to the centre of town with a similar walk to the beach. Taxis are easily available by a telephone call from reception. A large supermarket is five minutes walk, the same will take you to the nearest taverna.
