Petra is a lovely place which can be as lively or quiet as you want. There are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Lesbos is not as reliant on tourism as other islands, so tends not to hike up the prices!

The charming Ourania Studios are located on the edge of town in a rural location, yet just five minutes from Petra Beach. A small, family-run complex, guests will enjoy the pleasant countryside views from the attractive pool area and the warm, friendly atmosphere, There are 39 rooms at the Ourania Studios, with the Studios (1-2 0r 2-3 persons) having twin beds (plus additional foldaway bed in studios 2-3), air conditioning (payable locally), kitchenette with 2 cooking rings, fridge and kettle, shower room and balcony or terrace. Prices are based on 2 or 3 adults sharing on Self-Catering. Studios for sole use are available at a supplement. With a refurbishment completed on all studios in summer 2007, the Ourania studios will continue to be an ideal choice for couples looking for a laid back, small and friendly base. | |
