Kavos is on the southern tip of the island, 30 miles south of the airport. Flat, and with a 5 mile stretch of sandy beach. The fast pace of the night life attracts the young British market, staying in the small pensions and self catering apartments. Very shallow water provides a safe haven for children swimming and with the day time spent on the sandy beach there is plenty of choice of mini markets and souvenir shops to provide you with a break. The huge amount of bars and tavernas along with it's 4 discos make this one of the loudest resorts in Corfu.
