The complex is in the Psalidi area of Kos Town, 1.5km to the centre of Kos Town, 50m to nearest mini market, 300m to Paradisi Place Beach and there is a bus stop nearby with buses every 15 minutes to Kos Town centre. Rooms at the Nicon Apartments have a kitchenette with fridge and 2 electric rings, batroom, shower, wc, radio, telephone, air condtioning and a balcony or terrace. Facilities at the Nicon Apartments include a swimming pool, childrens pool and play area, sunbeds and parasols, volleyball, pool table, table football, reception, currency exchange, satellite TV with Sky Sports and English channels, video games, weekly quizes and karaoke and Greek nights.
