Neptuno

Tossa de Mar has an old and new town, where you will find lots of small to medium hotels attracting a family and more elderly type of tourist. The coarse sandy beaches have plenty of space on them except in the high season when they tend to get quite crowded. The old town lies beneath a castle overlooking the bay, and even in the busiest period, it still manages to maintain a peaceful atmosphere in the square. Windsurfing and lots of other water sports, keep you busy until nightfall, when the discos and bars or a walk around the local craft shops, provide a welcome break.
