Hotel was severely overbooked and over 20 people sent to a convention centre at other side of resort.
Hotel manager was rude and did not care one bit that they had messed up.

It is a fantastic place to spend your holidays in family, specially with children. The hotel is on the beach. The bungalows are on the middle of a beautiful green garden. And my son (at the time he was 3, still remembers the replica of an english old...See the full report
