Arrived here at lunchtime and was told by Reception that our rooms would not be ready until 2.30pm !! According to the Rep this happens quite a lot, so be prepared to wait if you arrive before 3pm.

Hotel very clean, nicely decorated. Staff very helpfull but bar staff could be rude at times we but it down to being end of season for them, they ruiened a few evenings for us by dead on 12pm telling us to drink up and turned the lights of in the bar...See the full report

I have just come back from the Hotel Miami Es Cana we returned on the 13/06/08 for a 3star hotel everything was first class except the weather but thats another story I would highly recommend this hotel for either couples or families.

The all inclusive was a joke!!! The childrens snacks throughout the day comprised of cold chips left over from lunch, bread and salad!!! They really need to get their act togeather regarding the all inclusive. (crewe)See the full report
