Mendi hotel is situated next to the beach only a few km from the villages Possidi and Nea Skioni, at the beautiful, green and lush peninsula of Kassandra in Halkidiki. The hotel is located 85 km from Thessaloniki airport (SKG), about 1 hour and 10 mins away.
The Mendi Hotel consists of 172 rooms equipped with 311 beds, all of which have a bathroom, WC, shower, refrigerator, satellite TV and balconies with breath taking views of the beach.
Facilities at the Mendi Hotel include a swimming pool, sun beds, parasols, a tennis court, ping-Pong tables, mini golf, billiards, basketball court, pedaloes, canoes, sun loungers and parasols by the pool and at the beach, reception providing car, motorbike and bicycle rental facilities, currency exchange, internet corner, mini-market and souvenir shop and a full day and evening entertainment programme where you can listen to traditional Greek music and dance to the steps of the syrtaki.
Meals & Drinks...HB . All Inclusive breakfast, lunch and dinner, buffet style, served in the main restaurant . During meals local beer, red & white wine, juice and water are offered . Sandwiches, ice cream and different juices are available at the pool bar 11.00 - 17.00 . Afternoon coffee, tea and cookies time is from 16.00 - 17.00 . AI drinks are served at the pool bar, 11.00 - 17.00, and the main bar 16.00 - 23.00 and include wine & beer both from the barrel, ouzo, cognac, refreshments, etc . At lunchtime, the Mendi tavern offers an incomparable variety of international tastes . From the garden-bar of the hotel you will be able to enjoy your drink with a fantastic view of the sea. |

The Mendi Hotel is in an isolated location about 3 miles from Possidi. It is right on the sand/stone beach and has very pretty gardens.
I would class the hotel as three star at best, it is rather dated and in need of refurbishmant.
