Mary Apartments / ArgassiAddress: Argassi, Zante, Greek Islands

Argassi lies about 6 miles from the airport and is becoming more popular every year. Most of the accommodation tends to be made up of apartment blocks, although there are some decent hotels in the resort centre. The long beach is not the greatest you will find on the island, but it does have a fair amount of water sports for you to try. Plenty of mini-markets can be found, while the night life is excellent with lots of bars and discos.

Argassi is lovely, We ate out in a different restaurant each night and they were all great (except for the chinese buffet on the main road yuk!) The apartments were a real let down - the owners were not welcoming at all. They didnt really like people...See the full report
