The resort in general was pleasant, Olu Deniz is a small resort and you run out of things to do, the hotel was a different matter there was never a dull moment with issues going on.

Marcan Beach Hotel, in Oludeniz, consists of four separate buildings each with 12 rooms. Three floors only to each block. Bookings are on a bed and breakfast basis. I think the buildings are less than four years old.
