Dont let any of the bad reports put you off this hotel it is a fantastic place and the staff are great. The animation team work extremely hard from silly o"clock in the morning until even later.

This complex and parks scenery, gardens, views over the bay are absolutely beautiful, the effort put in by the gardening staff is amazing. The grounds, pool areas, and terraces are all kept immaculately clean, as are the restaurants and rooms.
