Best thing about the accommodation... We were on the lowest deck.. the doors were just like in Titanic, big heavy iron doors!! =D the cleaning staff were very friendly.

Having arrived in Luxor and transferred to the Ms Fleurette in temps of 44 degrees we were shown to our room on the reception level it was a relief to find it clean, cool and not as bad as I thought.

In life you get what you pay for, and this is definitely the case with the Fleurette - it is a cheap cruise for a reason.

For those willing to discover the history of the ancient Egyptian civilization, the Nile Cruises are definitely the best way to combine personal curiosity and relaxing holidays. The M/S Fleurette designs an itinerary enabling to see the principal sites and centers of interest of the area.
This 5 stars cruise will lead you in the most fabulous places for 8 days.

Departure. Every Monday.
Day 1. Arrival at Luxor and embarkation on the ship.
Day 2. In the morning, departure for the West Bank area to visit the Ancient Theban Necropolis. You will discover the Valley of the Kings, the temple of Habu, the only remaining of the funerary Temple of Amenophis, the colossi of Memnon. During the afternoon, navigation towards Esna and overnight.
Day 3. In the morning, navigation to Edfu and Kom Ombo to visit the temple of Horus and the temple of Kom Ombo. During the afternoon, navigation to Aswan and overnight.
Day 4. In the morning, visit of the Lyrical Temples of Philae rising from the waters of the Nile. During the afternoon, sailing around in the traditional sailing boat Felucca, viewing the Agha Khan Mausoleum and the Botanical Garden (Kitchner Island). Overnight in Aswan.
Day 5. Free time at leisure or optional excursion to Abu Simbel, to see the Temples of Ramses II. During the afternoon, navigation to Kom Ombo and overnight.
Day 6. Navigation to Edfu to visit the best preserved Temple in Egypt dedicated to the Falcon God Horus. During the afternoon, navigation to Luxor via Esna and overnight in Luxor.
Day 7. Visit of the fabulous Luxor Temple and the enormous Temple complex of Karnak . Free time at leisure and overnight in Luxor.
Day 8. Disembarkation after breakfast.
