Los Olivos is situated in an area known as Los Tosals in Javea. Yes, it really is in Javea, not like many villas which purport to be in Javea but are actually in other villages much further away. Los Tosals is much favoured by permanent residents due to its close proximity to Javea’s historic town centre and its southerly orientation that guarantees maximum warmth and sunshine. Properties here are on large plots of ground, discreetly separated by meandering lanes and all gated and enclosed to offer the seclusion that adults crave. Olivos has genuine character and charm in abundance, complemented by very comfortable furniture throughout. The villa itself is all on one level. The large three arched covered terrace or ‘naya’ runs the full length of the house and overlooks the big private pool and open terrace surround. Entrance into the living accommodation is by the main door from the naya into a spacious lounge/dining room. From the lounge a door takes you through to an unusually large walled courtyard, with lemon tree; a place which gives you total privacy in which to sunbathe, have outdoor meals or just relax undisturbed. On the other side of the dining area is a kitchen on the right. To the left is a passageway which leads to the three bedrooms, bathroom and shower room (en suite with the main bedroom). | |
