The apartment is in a private complex within 5 minutes walk from the beach area of Puerto de Mogan.It is a one bedroom apartment with the possibility of sleeping 4 as the settee in the living room can also be used as a bed The apartment has everything necessary to make your stay comfortable. The local amenities include, restaurants, shops, beach, sailing, fishing, mountains, diving to mention but a few.The town of Puerto de Mogan has always been a fishing village as can be seen in the local harbour. Recently there have been development of apartments and a 5* hotel built on the beach side of the town, such as Los Mangueros which not only have strict planning control, but also are designed to keep the resort town exclusive.
