The local amenities include, restaurants, shops, beach, sailing, fishing, mountains, diving to mention but a few.The town of Puerto de Mogan has always been a fishing village as can be seen in the local harbour. Recently there have been development of apartments and a 5* hotel built on the beach side of the town, such as Los Mangueros which not only have strict planning control, but also are designed to keep the resort town exclusive.
