I have just returned from this hotel and I have to say Im very disappointed we booked all inclusive and because it has a heated pool which was are main prority so the children could swim.

Firstly I must say that the food was excellent,
The bad points was
There are not enough staff in the dining room, usually only about 2/3
Same with the main bar. There was always a queue waiting to be served.
