Two delightful apartments close to Calvi centre & under 800m from Calvi beach. LHacienda Luis belongs to the family of Roland, a young local photographer who has taken many of the photographs in our brochure and therefore understands what we search for in terms of comfort and style. Both ground floor apartments have been decorated and furnished to the same standard as the first floor apartment which is the lovely home of Roland, his wife and two children. Both apartments, christened Olivier and Luis, have their own patio areas in the garden, and there is a wonderful shared swimming pool. Olivier has a summery and elegant conservatory overlooking the garden, a handsome sitting room with white leather sofa and armchairs, a small, charming, fitted kitchen decked out in blue and white, a twin bedroom and a double bedroom. In Luis, closest to the pool, the living room is decorated in Tuscan colours and furnished with a leather suite, and has picture windows overlooking the small patio area. The separate kitchen is fully fitted and there is also a shower room plus two bedrooms, one double and one small twin.
