Really really disappointed! Looked so forward for 10 month when we booked it to be left upset. Nothing for the children, food wasnt that good, ok its a 3 star but sorry it deserves a 2.

The size of this hotel lets itself down. 3000 people to be catered for and all different nationalities. To be fair the weather was 46 in the shade plenty of beds and good entertainment.

We was there last year and loved it. This year well it as gone down hill.
as soon as we got on our sun beds we were pestered with flies constantly we tried several places around the pool area & it was just as bad and also just as bad in the restaura...See the full report

Hotel was ok but very big. Almost a village in itself! Not loads for kids to do in day. There was a mimi disco for 30 mins at night for the kids which was great.

Sahara beach...tired and run down, cleanliness of facilities very borderline, our party all came home munched to bits by....wait for it...bed-bugs, as did people i met from londonderry, sorry to say been there ,seen it won,t be back....sorry

I have been there 8 times now and i have only one complaint and that is the lifts to the second block open and shut too quickly! If a little child was to get caught in it they could have broken a bone or even been killed!

Staff friendly apart from bar staff! If you are half board they treat you well and serve drinks, if you are all inclusive you do not get served, which becomes difficult, ie if you pal up with people on a different board basis, also you are allocated...See the full report
