The semicircular bay encompasses a 5 mile stretch of fine sandy beach. The sea is calm with no tides and has a gentle slope into the water - perfect for children. The nearby mountains provide a cooling air making the evenings a pleasant temperature. This Hotel will appeal to families and couples looking for a good value base from which to enjoy the largest resort in Bulgaria. The Shipka hotel is in the northern part of Sunny Beach next to Victoria Palace hotel, about 1 mile from the centre. It is twelve-storey hotel and there is a bus station, shop, public beach, river seaport and a taxi rank near the hotel. | |
