I have just returmed last night from Hotel Royal in Garda and would definitely NEVER be visiting anytime soon.
Garda itself is lovely and well worth a visit but this hotel simply isnt.

The Hotel sits 250 metres from the shore of Lake Garda in a quiet position. The beach, bars, shops and restaurants are all approximately 200 metres walk from the hotel. Riva Del Garda`s old town centre has lots to offer including historical buildings and churches, streets lined with shops of all descriptions and lake side bars and restaurants. The hotel has 54 rooms and it is possible for guests to use the facilities at the Hotel Oasi, 150 metres away. There is a selection of watersports available by the lake and the local area is also excellent for those who enjoy mountain biking or relaxing walks. The nearest public transport is a bus stop, 150 metres away. | |
