Was a good location but the majority of staff at the hotel were very rude. We were treated as second class citizens.
Our thomas cook rep was very helpful however i would not be in a rush to go back to this hotel, not to be treated like that!

I had never been to Tunisia before and heard varied stories so went with an open mind. Firstly we stepped off the plane to the most blistering heat - never went under 40 degrees for the whole week we were there, which for september is amazing!
