The 2 star Hotel Florida is situated on the Torrenova headland, approximately 800 metres from the lively centre of Magaluf with its numerous bars, restaurants and nightclubs and 500 metres from the main resort beach.Built in 1966 and fully renovated in 2002, the Florida has a total of 210 rooms that are spread over 9 floors, of which 9 are single rooms and the remaining 201 are doubles. All guest rooms are equipped with a private bathroom, safety deposit box, direct dial telephone, radio, ceiling fan and either a balcony or terrace. | |

The Florida seems to be geared towards German and French guests which makes the food, although pleasant, a little strange. The hotel is spotless and the pool area is normally very quiet with outstanding views.
