We had booked and paid for a 4* hotel and this wasn"t a 4*. When we arrived at the Cleopatra we knew it was not a 4* hotel by any means.

For the price of around £200 - flight and accommodation, very good value for money. Food was very acceptable, free poolside towels. staff very accommodating. Very friendly entertainments staff.
