The Blue Bays location 800m up a track from the beach gives you fantastic views of mountains and the crystal clear blue sea. The resort centre is near the beach where youll find the nearest cafe and the supermarket is 900m away. Due to its hilly location and the number of steps, the Blue Bay Hotel is not suitable for the less mobile. Catch the water-taxi to Thassos Town (high season only) and discover the ancient ruins and colourful gardens scattered around the town, before lingering at a cafe overlooking the colourful fishing harbour strewn with ropes, nets and boats. Back at beautiful Golden Beach, youll find plenty of laid-back tavernas where you can end the day. Youll find it hard to leave your balcony when you discover the breathtaking views here. Many couples return year after year.
