Hotel Ammos

Polychrono lies on the Kassandra peninsula about 60 miles from the airport. Lots of small family run accommodation is on offer, and with a good sandy beach nearly 1/2 a mile long, it is a firm favorite with families. Basic shopping is all that's on offer here, and apart from a few small bars, there's not a great deal to do at night either.

Run by husband and wife team. Very friendly. Christina (the manager) couldn`t do enough to accommodate and gave every body a farewell kiss on the cheek as we boarded the return coach. Facilities in the room were very basic. You had to be 8 feet tall ...See the full report
