This is an Hotel above the average ... but it is unacceptable to not provide what you promise (for example air conditioning). If I knew it from the beginning, would not choose this hotel for my vacation.

A long transfer from the airport. If you are dropping off at Sani resort expect another 30 mins to be added on to a 1 hour 15 minute transfer. Watch your luggage! Ours was taken off at the wrong hotel by an over keen porter. It took 2 hours to get it...See the full report
