The Halici Holiday Village is located only 300m far from the nearest beach, 4 km from the city centre, 100 km from Dalaman airport, and 100m to the dolmus stop. The complex is situated on the hillside overlooking the sea so many rooms have a sea view. Rooms at the Halici Holiday Village are set on different levels and have a shower, WC, hair dryer, direct dial telephone and air conditioning. There are no fridges or TVs in the rooms. Facilities at the Halici Holiday Village include table tennis, TV room, safety deposit boxes at the reception, billiards, one outdoor swimming pool with childrens section and a Turkish night is held once a week.

The Holiday Village is great. The reviewer from Sunderland quite clearly did not read the brochure. It mentions the steps and to be honest if you cant handle a few steps you probably need the exercise.
